PeakPoint is an independent Real Estate Advisory & Consulting firm of young and inspired professionals with over 16 years of hands-on experience in the industry. We are Chartered Surveyors and have extensive knowledge in Property Valuations, NPL portfolio underwriting, Financial Modelling, Estate Agency & Conveyancing and offer a range of advisory services to our clients.
Our clients include Financial Institutions, Credit Acquiring Companies, Asset & Fund Managers, Institutional Investors, Developers, Private Clients and other.
PeakPoint’s employees have backgrounds in corporate finance, strategy & transactions, valuations, property & asset management, marketing & sales, bringing a range of skills and expertise to the table. This is what makes us unique as it helps us tackle a problem with a more spherical view and offer pragmatic and hands-on solutions to our clients.
We are registered members and are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ΕΤΕΚ) and the Real Estate Agents Registration Council of Cyprus (ΣΕΚ).
Based in Nicosia, we operate all over Cyprus.
