Kypros Petrides
Managing Director
Kypros is the co-founder and managing director of PeakPoint. A dedicated and experienced professional with over 16 years of experience in corporate finance, financial modelling, property valuations, portfolio underwriting, asset management, transactions and in repositioning distressed real estate.
Kypros has advised and worked alongside the largest Financial Institutions and Credit Acquiring Companies in Cyprus, focusing on value adding strategies and maximising recoveries of large portfolios of NPLs and REOs.
As a member of senior management teams in strategy & transactions for major international AM and Audit firms he was involved in various private and public sector projects, having worked alongside the Government and the Department of Lands & Surveys (EU-DG REFORM) for the construction of RE indices and AVM for mass appraisals, and designing a framework for the digitalisation of street addresses (GIS) using geospatial data.
Kypros is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK). He is also a Registered & Licensed Estate Agent and a holder of the CySEC Advanced certificate.
Charlie Anastasiades
Managing Director
Charlie is the co-founder and managing director of PeakPoint. A dedicated and inspiring professional with over 10 years of experience in advisory and consulting, property valuations, NPL portfolio underwriting, property transactions and land acquisitions.
Previously worked for a major Big-4 firm and other high calibre multinational firms where he has managed to develop solid grounding of the Real Estate industry and gained hands on experience in asset underwriting, restructuring, management processes and transaction advisory on large portfolios of Bank NPLs and REOs.
He was involved in a wide spectrum of high-profile projects, gaining exposure and building valuable networks with private investors and other Real Estate industry players.
Charlie holds a BSc in Civil Engineering, an MSc in Oil & Gas Management and has obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in The Mechanics of Real Estate Finance (IFF) from Middlesex University, London.
